Return Policy

• We provide a 30-day return/exchange policy. Receipt required.

• All returns must be unused, sealed in the original packaging, and accompanied by all original components.

• If we find a manufacturer defect in your appliance we will exchange it for the same item.

• Wigs, hairpieces, and makeup are non-returnable or exchangeable.

• In order to offer the best shopping and product-return experience to as many guests as possible, Xanadu reserves the right to limit returns if we have reason to suspect misuse of our generous Returns Policy (such as excessive returns, reseller activity, or fraud).

• Items purchased from other retailers, dealers or resellers and not directly from Xanadu are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.
